Director, Regulatory Filings

ETF Architect is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial firm that specializes in launching ETFs. The Firm is currently seeking a paralegal with 40Act experience to facilitate the drafting of key legal documents, SEC filings, board materials, and compliance memorandums. This individual will be an integral part of the team, with daily interfacing with senior management, independent trustees, clients and vendors. This individual will also become a leading contributor to the EA Series Trust (~50 funds, $8.0Bn in AUM).

An ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has terrific attention to detail, is organized, and proactively reaches out to accomplish the mission. This individual will also support new initiatives for efficiency and growth, to include management of external personnel. Individuals seeking future leadership positions in a non-corporate environment will thrive here. P&L responsibility (legal spend, cost efficiencies), management, and cross-training (financial reporting, client onboarding) are paramount.

Key job requirements are:

  • Review and drive 485A and 485B filings, as well as related filings
  • 5 years’ experience minimum with 40Act products. ETF experience preferred.
  • Highly proficient in regulatory filings software (3-5 years minimum)
  • Board Book Management Software experience
  • Strong references
